Many women go through a period of searching at some point in their lives. Navigating all of the challenges of home life, children, relationships, careers, and spirituality can be difficult, especially when your schedule is packed with obligations and responsibilities. You may look at your life and wonder, “How did I get here?” You may see a nice house and successful career, but you may also wonder if you have neglected your children and other loved ones in the process. Or perhaps your children have gone off to college and no longer need you, and you wonder, “Now what?” You may feel as though you have neglected your own talents and dreams to the point that you feel it may be too late. It is easy to lose sight of having balance with a nagging dissatisfaction and no sense of purpose; it can feel as though life should have come with an instruction manual!

Life Coaching Can Help You Remove Barriers And Point You in a Positive Direction

Change is possible when you are able to achieve a clear understanding of your own reality, with your strengths, and where you want to go in life. When you become willing and able to acknowledge your challenges, you can determine positive action and remove the barriers – both internal and external – that might be blocking your way to happiness and purpose.

What would it mean to you to ignite your passion and reawaken longstanding desires, whatever they may be? Life coaching can offer you the guidance and support you need to live the life you long for and God intends. You can develop greater confidence, along with the skills that are necessary for you to meet your goals. You can begin your journey to greater fulfillment, meaning, and satisfaction.

Sometimes if you feel dissatisfied, it can be difficult to see exactly what is missing in your life. I am experienced in helping people make positive changes in their lives, and I can offer you an independent perspective and have the tools to help you develop new insights into your needs and values. Together, we can clarify the things you hold important and determine whether or not your current lifestyle is nurturing those priorities. Sometimes we get busy and lose sight of the goals we want. Life coaching can
help you restructure your future so that you are actively pursuing the life you want most.

Life coaching is not the same as counseling. Rather than focusing on your past, as counseling does, we will look toward your future and all of the possibilities that it holds. I am compassionate, non-judgmental, and a really good listener. I am also deeply rooted in my Christian faith, so I am equipped to use a spiritual framework for your specific journey. As we work together, I will tune into what you are saying and help promote discovery by helping you identify your values and dreams in ways you may not have thought of on your own. Isn’t it time to experience new hope and passion with a brighter future ahead?

You may believe that life coaching can help you get going in finding direction in your life, but you may still have questions or concerns…

I’m too embarrassed to talk about my problems with another person.

Many people fear sharing their frustrations and concerns. However, I will never judge you or make you feel guilty about your thoughts or your life. I offer a safe, supportive environment for you to share your thoughts and identify habits that are no longer nurturing or productive. Together, we can look at potential areas for change, pinpoint where you want to be, and devise a plan of action to help you get there. Only by talking through where you would like to be will you be able to make changes to get there.

I should be able to make these changes by myself.

You may think you should be able to do it all by yourself, but sometimes we need an outside perspective and accountability. I can offer you an objective view and support as you empower yourself to make positive changes. Your effort and dedication are essential to this process of creating the life you want. As your coach, I can offer a fresh perspective and help you problem-solve in new, liberating ways. With my help, you can feel encouraged and better equipped to pursue the best possible path toward your goals and dreams.

I’m worried about the cost of life coaching.

This is a common and understandable concern. While life coaching does cost money, I invite you to consider how much not having coaching has already cost you or what the future benefits can hold for you. You can’t put a price on feeling good about your relationships and finding new direction for fulfillment in your daily life.  Coaching is an investment in your long-term future and well-being.

You deserve to move forward with purpose and excitement. If you are ready to begin your journey toward creating the life you want and God intends, I invite you to contact me for a free phone consultation. You can ask me any questions you may have about life coaching and my services.  I look forward to hearing from you!
