Does life coaching for weight loss take a long time?
It really depends on how much effort you put into your part in the coaching process and how much you are compliant with your plans to lose weight. It can take some time to internalize the changes you want to make. With coaching, you will be able to replace long-standing negative beliefs with new beliefs that serve your weight-loss efforts. Ask yourself how long you have struggled with your weight and whether or not it is time to make these positive changes to be free of living a shackled existence. Your future will be brighter, more hopeful, and full of greater possibilities.
Is life coaching expensive?
I understand your concerns regarding the financial investment. Many people have the same concern. Think of it as an investment in your future. Consider what we spend our money on to feel better for a short time. With life coaching, there are benefits that will be long-lasting.
